Heavy Duty Racks
Heavy duty systems help smarter space management, reducing costs in material handling, improving housekeeping, & space utility. Improved material handling leads to better efficiency and productivity. These components are designed to handle upto 2 tones / level and a total of 10 tones per rack, thus creating tremendous saving in space and handling. Load beam span is available upto 14 feet for storage of non-standard items.

These systems can be installed in all kinds of storage rooms, finished goods store, cold rooms etc. These components can be assembled, disassembled, reassembled to have new configuration suiting your daily changing needs at absolutely no extra cost. All components are designed with a factor of safety of 2.5 as specified by BIS 800/801 to ensure safety of the system.

Duty Rack
This versatile heavy duty high rise racking system can be easily installed and dismantled and re-assembled to a different need-based configuration. Depths of the units can be easily altered by changing the bracings. Maintenance free VINLOCK offers the lowest storage-cost for every ton of material stored. Transportation costs are less because the system comes in knock-down condition.
Steel Rack
VINLOCK offers maximum strength-to-weight ratio. Usage of channel uprights maximizes load bearing capacity. Since the basic raw material is thinner gauge steel, welding is avoided, as per standard engineering practices. Stiffner bracings are added to provide safety.
